Big Bags are longer than stock for a better look and increased storage. They are produced using a state of the art computer controlled injection process. This sophisticated process produces a smooth and finished product on both inner and outer surfaces. We carefully control temperature, vacuum, fiber placement and pressure during the manufacturing process to produce a void free super strong structure. Every saddlebag goes through a 13 hour post cure cycle in our computer controlled ovens, slowly bringing them from 70° to over 200° .This ensures maximum strength and temperature stability over a wide range. Our bags are jig drilled and lid tested to ensure proper fit and function to your factory lids. Big Bags are available in primer or gloss black painted finish in several variations listed below. Sold in pairs for 1993-up FLT applications. Lids and mounting hardware are not included.
