Sales Terms & Policies
We will assign a dealer number to each of our dealers. Thereafter, when ordering, please give your dealer number, quantity, description and part number. For retail orders, please include such pertinent information such as model and year of your bike, part number, quantity, description, size, etc.

eStore Shipping Policy and Methods
Due to the varied sizes and weights of our products we can only calculate shipping charges when we ship your item.
Our standard shipping method is DHL Ground. Next day, and two day delivery is available by special request.

Please note that shipping charges are not included at checkout.

Terms
All Dealer orders are shipped C.O.D., certified check or money order. All Retail orders ship credit card only. No cash payments are accepted. We welcome Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Dealers may use a company check after credit approval.

Back Orders
All back orders will be called on prior to shipping and will be added to new orders for shipping and invoicing whenever possible.

Freight
All orders will be shipped by the most economical means possible. Air freight is available upon request.

Foreign Orders
We ship all foreign orders by DHL International Freight. We can provide faster service when using DHL; however if you prefer another freight carrier, please notify us. Payment can be made by wire transfer to our bank via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Ask for details.

Freight Claims
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Damage occurring in transit must be reported to the carrier. All responsibility for damage or shortages after leaving our warehouse lies with the carrier and not Arlen Ness Enterprises. We will assist when necessary.

Returned Shipments
All returned merchandise must have a return goods authorization number assigned. All returns must be sent prepaid after authorization number is obtained. Upon receipt disposition will be determined at which time credit will be applied to account to be used on future orders. All returns are subject to restocking fees.

Refused Orders
Freight charges incurred by any delivery refused and returned to Arlen Ness Enterprises will be the responsibility of the customer. Prepayment will be required on any future orders until the settlement is complete. Upon the second refusal from the same customer, your terms will automatically revert to prepayment. Most returned orders result from a customer being unavailable to accept shipment or being unable to pay for the C.O.D. shipment.

Any products with a trademark, name, word, O.E.M. number used in the catalog by Arlen Ness Enterprises is strictly intended to be used solely as a reference only to usage to that particular part. None of the parts and accessories are D.O.T. approved. All of our parts are for custom applications. While we have total confidence in our product, we strongly suggest test fitting all parts prior to any modifications or painting. Arlen Ness Enterprises will not be held responsible for any paint or labor cost under any circumstances and will not accept for return any part that has been modified or damaged due to improper installation.

Chrome-Plating
All Ness-Tech® Chrome products are warranted for one year from invoice date. Items found to be defective, within the warranty period, will be rechromed at no charge. If the chrome plating fails after installation, Arlen Ness Enterprises will not be held responsible for any labor cost under any circumstances. Please use caution when installing a chrome-plated billet item, the finish is very fragile. Use Anti-Seize when using chrome hardware on chrome finish products.

Exhaust System
Blueing of chrome or small imperfections are not considered defective chrome. If you are unhappy with the plating right out of the box, please return it immediately. DO NOT INSTALL THE PIPES. If the pipes have been run any length of time, they will not be returnable. If the chrome bubbles or falls off after installation, we will gladly replace the pipes after inspection.

Engine & Transmission Warranty
All Arlen Ness engines are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Merchandise that fails to conform to these conditions will be repaired or replaced at Arlen Ness’ discretion. In the event warranty service is required, the original purchaser must call Arlen Ness immediately. Important: A part that is suspected of being defective must not be repaired or replaced without prior permission of Arlen Ness Enterprises.
